Section 3. Part II of Application for Loan and Grant

Part II of the Application for Loan and Grant shall include (see Section 4-2-2):

(1) Urban Renewal Plan, as approved by governing bodies of LPA and locality.

(2) Resolution of governing body of LPA approving the Urban Renewal Plan (see Section 4-2-2, Exhibit C).

(3) Evidence of approvals by other official bodies required by State and local law.

(4) Resolution of governing body of locality approving the Urban Renewal Plan (see Section 4-2-2, Exhibit A) and making the findings required by Section 105(a) of Title I and, if applicable, by Section 106(g). (See Section 10-3-1.)

(5) If the project qualifies as a college, university, or hospital project under the provisions of Section 112 of Title I, determinations by the governing body of the locality as set forth in Chapter 3-2, either in the resolution adopted in approving the Urban Renewal Plan (see (4) above) or in a separate resolution.
