Title VII provided for the establishment of an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to investigate any alleged violations; and the budget provides funds for staffing and operating the Commission. The 1965 and 1966 estimates of agency contributions required for the support of the committee are, therefore, tentative and will be revised, following completion of the current review, to reflect actual program plans and operating requirements. |
