DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION The funds requested will be used to provide financing for project planning and design for Air Force Military Construction Programs including M-X facilities and projects in support of Rapid Deployment Joint Task Force initiatives. 11. REQUIREMENT: These planning and design funds are required to complete the final design of facilities in the FY 1984 Military Construction Program, initiate design of facilities in the FY 1985 Military Construction Program, and to accomplish planning and design for major and complex technical projects to be included in subsequent Military Construction Programs. |
