REQUIREMENT: A properly sized and configured facility is required to house the new Phase IV computer. The Phase IV computer acquisition program affects every USAF installation and represents a $50 million annual savings Air Force wide by replacing obsolete Burroughs 3500/3700/4700 and Univac 1050-II computers.
