Environmental Impact Assessments

In compliance with Section 102(2)(c) of the National Environmental Policy Act, an environmental impact assessment has been made of each project in the Air Force Reserve's Fiscal Year 1981 Military Construction Program. Based on these assessments, it has been determined that the proposed projects will have neither a significant impact on the environment nor are they highly controversial.

Design for Accessibility of Physically Handicapped Personnel

In accordance with Public Law 90-480, provisions for physically handicapped personnel will be provided for, where appropriate, in the design of facilities included in this program.

Reserve Manpower Potential

The reserve manpower potential to meet and maintain authorized strengths of all reserve flying/non-flying units in those areas in which these facilities are to be located has been reviewed and it has been determined, in coordination with all other Services having reserve flying/non-flying units in these areas, that the number of units of the reserve components of the Armed Forces presently located in those areas, and those which have been allocated to the areas for future activation, is not and will not be larger than the number that reasonably can be expected to be maintained at authorized strength considering the number of persons living in the areas who are qualified for membership in those reserve units.

National Historic Preservation Act of 1966

Real estate on which facilities are to be constructed do not appear in the National Register of Historic Places.
