lations and requirements heretofore adopted by the Commission, which are published
in accordance with the constitutional requirement, as part of the report. These general
orders are entitled Rules and Regulations Relating to Storage, Demurrage and Car Ser-
vice in Virginia; Rules and Regulations Governing Transportation of Explosives; Vir
ginia Classification No. I and Exception Sheets with Freight Tariffs; and Tariffs, Rules
and Classifications Governing Express Companies.
