AN ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Yalobusha county, in their discretion, to pay J. E. Vann, $100.00 for a mule killed by falling through a defective bridge in said county. Yalobusha county may pay J. E. Vann for mule killed. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the board of supervisors of Yalobusha county, be and they are hereby authorized in their discretion, to pay J. E. Vann the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a mule killed by falling through a defective bridge in said county. Sec. 2. That this act take effect and be in force from and after its passage. AN ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Yalobusha county, in their discretion, to pay Mrs. Lee Dow an amount not to exceed the sum of five hundred dollars for injuries caused by defective walk way on county property. Yalobusha county to pay Mrs. Lee Dow for injuries. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the board of supervisors of Yalobusha county be and the same is hereby authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to pay Mrs. Lee Dow an amount not in excess of five hundred dollars ($500.00), for personal injuries and expenses on account of said injuries, caused by defective walk way on county property. AN ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Yazoo county to pay out of the road fund of supervisors district number two of said county a sum not to exceed $85.00 for injuries to horse by falling through bridge. Yazoo county may pay B. B. Guion for horse injured. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the board of supervisors of Yazoo county, Mississippi, be and they are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to pay to B. B. Guion, out of the road fund for supervisors district number two, of said county, the sum of eighty five dollars, or any part thereof, as compensation for injuries to his horse, caused by said horse falling through a bridge in said supervisors district. Sec. 2. That this act take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved March 10, 1922. CHAPTER 668. HOUSE BILL No. 474. AN ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Yazoo county, Mississippi, in their discretion, to pay Maceo Whisenton, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a horse killed by falling through a defective bridge in said county. Yazoo county may pay Maceo Whisenton for horse killed. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the board of supervisors of Yazoo county, Mississippi, be and they are hereby authorized in their discretion, to pay Maceo Whisenton a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a horse killed by falling through a defective bridge in said county. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the right of suffrage, citizenship and jury qualifications be and the same are hereby restored to S. L. AN ACT to restore the rights of citizenship to W. B. Alexander, Jr. Restoring citizenship to W. B. Alexander, Jr. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the right of suffrage and citizenship be restored to W. B. Alexander, Jr., of Boyle, Bolivar county, Mississippi. Sec. 2. AN Act to restore the right of citizenship to Man Davis of Clarke county. Restoring citizenship to Man Davis. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That Man Davis, who was convicted of grand larceny in Clarke county in the year 1920, be, and the same is hereby restored to full citizenship and given the right of suffrage in the state of Mississippi.
