The requirenauts noted on the AFSC Form 709/DD Form 1423 line item'shall take precedence over any such requirements that may be specified in the associated DD Form 1064, or other referenced documents. AFR 80-45 specifics certain distribution statements to be used on data to control distribution by government agencies such as the Defense Documentation Center. These statements are in addition to the distribution statement required by this contract to be placed on each document. The "Approval Code" block of the CDRL will have a letter code to indicate AFR 80-45 applicability. Code "N" indicates nonapplicability. Code "D" indicates the equirement is applicable and the appropriate statement from AFR 80-45 to be used will be solicited from the PCO or recommended to the PCO, based on the nature and content of the document, before effecting primary distribution. 8. Approval of Data and Additional Distribution Requirements For the purpose of this CDRL, and unless otherwise specified in remarks, an "A" in App code means that the document shall submitted in final form to the technical office (OPR) for approval by the Government, prior to its being officially used/implemented. "A" approval means that the data item meets the form, format, and content requirements of the CDRL and data item description. Unless otherwise specified, data items submitted for approval will be considered automatically approved unless disapproved by the Government within 40 days from the date of transmittal or unless additional review time is requested. For those data items requiring Air Force approval of the submission date and quantities are not specified under the "Remark Buck" of the CDRL, the contractor will submit three (3) preliminary copies for approval to the technical office stated on the CDRL, via the PCO. Upon PCO approval of the document, the contractor is required to submit the document in final form to all addressees listed in the distribution block of the CDRL, thirty (30) days after receipt of approval from the PCO. Except for the contents of this paragraph, if any distribution instructions (addressees, rumber of copies, routing, etc.) are found in the DD 1664s that conflict with the CDRL distribution requirements, the CDRL shall govern. 9. Delinquent Data Submittals A contractor is considered to be delinquent when a data submittal is not postmarked on or before midnight of the day it is due. 10. Distribution Instructions/Address Lists The contractor is not authorized to provide copies of any line item on the CDRL to activities who are not specifically identified in the distribution block of the CDR without the approval of the F-15 Data Manager. Use the F-15 Office Codes & Address List (FOCAL) for current mailing addresses in conjunction with the FOCAL quick references listed in blocks 29 of AFSC Form 709 or block 14 of DD Form 1423. 11. Modified Data Items Standard data items which have been modified are so noted in Block 4/14 of the bo form 1423/1FSC Form 709 by a / after the data item number. When the data ile itself has been rewritten to outline a modification, the word "attached" will be noted in Block 4/14 and the data item will be physically attached. 12. List of Abbreviations The following abbreviations are defined and apply when used on the CDRL (Sec AFSCR 310-1 for inspection/acceptance codes.) One copy of all Data Transmittal Letters including any DD250 transmittals of data shall be delivered without attachments or enclosures to ASD/YFCTD and to the cognizant Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO). 14. For information purposes only, an "X" in Block 9 of the DD Form 1423 will mean that Northrop DSD will be required to coordinate with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation at St. Louis, Missouri, prior to submission of the data to the government. 15. UNIQUE FMS - CDRL REQUIREMENTS When the data required by this CDRL is identitical to USAF data being supplied under another contract, the USAF data will suffice. Our intent is to receive FMS unique data only. If an FHS requirement generates a change to a USAF standard item, then an FHS supplement is required. 23. TITLE 50/1 JU. SPIIN 12. TOYAL FRICT 4.
