TRAILER RECORD (ATTACHMENT 4). The contractor will prepare a trailer record for every submission of a type of PTD.

(4) Block No 51 LINE ITEM RECORD COUNT: The contractor will enter the number of basic (6IT) records contained within the SCC. This field will be all numeric.

(5) Block No 52 - LINE ITEM RECORDS RECEIVED: The Air Force will enter the number of basic records received from the contractor in this submission. When the Air Force does not receive the same number of basic records that was submitted, D220 will output a notice to the ALC provisioning activity for resolution with the contractor.

3. The following described variables will be constructed by the contractor, when required, and submitted in the variable record as described in paragraph 2c. Reference Attachment 5-1, 2, and 3.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE DESTINATION VARIABLES: The Delivery Schedule Destination Data is divided into two segments and must be submitted in pairs by VARIABLE SEQUENCE if the RILSA has the authority to provide delivery schedule. Limit 12 pairs per line item record on initial submission. Limit 12 pairs per "HB" variable on Design Change Notices. These variables will be in a "6IU" record separate from the other variables. Matching "KA" and "KB" segments will not be split into different "6IU" records. If delivery schedule exceeds one year, the spread from first delivery to last delivery must not exceed 24 months.
