Whenever Retrofit Data is contractually authorized, the following requirements shall apply to the preparation and delivery of Peace Sun Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs). Requirements for technical manual changes/revisions or new technical manuals resulting from the retrofit modification are also contained herein. 2. Peace Sun Time Complaince Technical Orders (TCTOs) identified in the contractual document approving the engineering change shall be furnished. The Peace Sun Technical Orders (CSTOS) identified in Chapter 2 of this Technical Order Publications SOW and new publication recommendations resulting from a Peace Sun TCTO shall be furnished in support of the hardware end item affected when procured as part of the modification change. 3. Peace Sun Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) shall apply to all Peace Sun modification changes. 4. PEACE SUN TIME COMPLIANCE TECHNICAL ORDERS (1) The format of Peace Sun TCTOs shall be prepared in general (2) No AFLC Form 873 is required. Any reference to AFLC Form 873 (3) No AFLC Form 874 is required. The Peace Sun TCTO numbering system shall be as mutually agreed upon in writing between the procuring activity and the contractor. (e) Paragraph 3.4.2.5. Not required. (f) Paragraph 3.4.2.6. Delete reference to AFLC Form 873 (g) Paragraph 3.4.2.7. Delete reference to AFLC Form 873 and replace with Procuring Activity. (h) Paragraph 3.4.2.8. Title or subject of instructions will be assigned by the contractor. (1) Paragraph 3.4.2.9.1. Delete refernece to data code. (3) Paragraph 3.4.2.9.2. Not applicable. (k) Paragraph 3.4.3.2.1. Peace Sun TCTOs may prescribe kits for any end item identified by the change activity. That is, the Peace Sun TCTO. may identify kits for the ICS, a commodity and SE item in a single Peace Sun TCTO. (1) Paragraph 3.4.3.2.2. Not applicable. (m) Paragraph 3.4.5 unless specified by the procuring activity, the statement "to be inserted by the using activity" will be used. (n) Paragraph 3.4.5.3.d. The statement "To be inserted by the using activity" will be used. (q) Paragraph 3.4.7.1. Not required. However subparagraph 3.4.7.1.a thru g are applicable. Delete reference to WRM. (r) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.1.1 shall not apply. (s) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.1.2.1 shall be expanded to include flammables, hazardous materials, consummable items, and items controlled by a cure data as not being furnished in the kits. These items shall be listed as items required but not furnished in kits. (t) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.2.2 shall be interpreted same as modified in paragraph 3.4.7.1.1.2.1. (u) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.2.3. Delete WRM - Spares to be modified as determined by using activity. (v) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.3. Shall read as follows: Parts and materials shall be listed in tabular form showing the quantity, stock number, part number, nomenclature, and source. (w) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.3.a shall not be a requirement. (x) Paragraphs 3.4.7.1.4.1 and 3.4.7.1.4.2 shall not be a requirement. (y) Paragraphs 3.4.7.1.6. Only size and weight will be estimated and supplied. (z) Paragraph 3.4.7.1.7 shall not be a requirement. (aa) Paragraph 3.4.7.2 shall be same except AFSC skill levels shall be omitted. (ab) Paragraph 3.4.10.1 shall read "Update ICS records to show Peace Sun TCTO accomplishment". (ac) Paragraph 3.4.10.2 shall read "Supply records shall be updated as required". (ad) Paragraph 3.4.11.1. Delete reference to AMA. (ae) Paragraph 3.5 and subparagraphs. The Contractor is authorized to prepare copies from the TCTO reproducible for inclusion within the early Kit delivery requirements until Government printed Kit copies are available. (2) Delivery schedule when TCTO only is being procured: (3) TCTO negatives and reproduction assembly sheets shall be delivered to the AFPRO/St. Louis for printing in accordance with CDRL. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE (1) Inspection and acceptance of the data furnished hereunder will be performed by the Government activity having inspection cognizance over the facility involved.
