"It shall be the duty of the minister of every congregation in this Diocese, to make the following collections annually: First, For the increase of the Permanent Fund for the support of the Episcopate, which shall be made on the second Sunday in Lent, or the Sunday nearest thereto. Second, For the increase of the Fund for the Relief of Clergymen disabled by age or disease, which shall be made on Christmas day, or the Sunday nearest to it. Third, For the Support of the Theological Students in the Diocese, which shall be made on Thanksgiving day, or the Sunday nearest thereto." |
