MY VERY DEAR BROTHER.-I sent my first letter, of the revelation of the glory of our God by the eternal Spirit of truth, in much haste yesterday; and I now continue the same great Work-which the good Spirit of truth will work in me until the end.

Towards the close of the great letter sent to you yesterday; we testified that the judgments of God on his helpless creature, blind, deaf, and dumb, are to deliver his creature from his many infirmities, that the blind might see, the deaf hear, and the dumb speak-as it is writtenBecause it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with
