DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE JUSTIFICATION OF ESTIMATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980 APPROPRIATION: MILITARY CONSTRUCTION - AIR NATIONAL GUARD DETAILS OF THE FY 1980 APPROPRIATION PROGRAM Projects in the amount of $30,000,000 are requested for the Air National Guard Construction Program during Fiscal Year 1980 to finance urgent requirements consisting of operations, maintenance, and general support, such as air and water pollution, at various locations. This continues the policy of the Air National Guard to provide only facilities essential to the training and operations of the Air National Guard.
