The International Insurance Co. of New York was sold for the sum of $575,000 to Crum & Forster, of New York. The Hamburg Assurance Co. was not licensed by the Treasury Department to liquidate. The entire assets, therefore, amounting to $370,500, have been taken over by the custodian.
