By the Rules of the Society the Annual Subscription for the current year is payable on election, and afterwards becomes due in advance on the 1st of January of each succeeding year, until due notice of your resignation shall have been given me in writing, and all payments due from you at that time shall have been made; and the Journals will not be forwarded until either the Annual Subscription or the amount of Life Composition shall have been received.
