Judge WOOD, CHICAGO, TERRE HAUTE & SOUTHEASTERN RAILWAY CO., Care of Public Service Commission, Indianapolis, Ind. DEAR SIR: I hand you herewith our mine-operation report for Tuesday, July 10. In arriving at the per cent of requirements furnished if a mine loaded as many cars as is shown under the column headed Cars required above date, I have shown the per cent to be 100 and have not arrived at the per cent on the basis of the cars shown under the column headed Cars furnished, bears to the cars shown under the column headed Cars required above date. In this way we are given proper credit for any empties which might have been left over at the mines from the day before and which are available for loading the following day. I should therefore be obliged if you will correct the total per cent of requirements furnished on our report for Monday, July 9, to read 100 instead of 92 per cent.
