Antung, Fengtien, Manchuria

This district consists of that portion of the Province of Fengtien south and east of a line starting from the sea west of Chwangho, thence north about 30 miles, thence northeast, crossing the Antung-Mukden Railway a little north of Fenghwangcheng and continuing in the same direction to the boundary of Fengtien and Kirin, thence following this boundary southeast to the Chosen frontier. This will give to the consular district of Antung the following places opened to trade, viz., Fenghwangcheng, Antung, and Tatungkow. Canton, Kwangtung

The Province of Kwangsi and that portion of the Province of Kwangtung west of longitude 115°.

The Department of Atlántico; the Department of Mag. dalena, except in the part lying north of the Sierra de Santa Marta and adjacent to the Santa Marta Railway as far as the Magdalena River; the Departments of Santander del Norte and Santander; the Department of Antioquia, except in the northwestern portion lying in the basins of the Sinu and Atrato Rivers and along the Caribbean Sea; the Departments of Cundinamarca, Boyacá, Caldas, Tolima, and Huila; the Intendencia of Meta; and the Comisarias of Arauca, Caquetá, Putumayo, Vaupés, and Vichada.

Department of Alpes-Maritimes and the Principality of Monaco.

Departments of Aube, Eure-et-Loir, Loir-et-Cher, Loiret, Marne, Oise, Sarthe, Seine, Seine-et-Marne, Seine-et-Oise, and Yonne.

Strasbourg

Departments of Ardennes, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Marne, Haut Rhin, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle, and Vosges; the Territory of Belfort; and including jurisdiction over the Saar Basin Territory as subject to eventual plebiscites.

Frankfort on the Main

The Prussian Province of Hesse-Nassau except the exclaves of Kreis Rinteln and Kreis Schmalkalden, the State of Hesse, and the Bavarian Palatinate (Pfalz) (not including jurisdiction over Saar Basin Territory which is subject to eventual plebiscites).. Hamburg

The Free State and City of Hamburg, the Prussian Province of Schleswig-Holstein, the States of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Strelitz, and Lübeck, and Landesteil Lübeck belonging to the State of Oldenburg.

Leipzig

The Kreishauptmannschaft of Leipzig in the State of Saxony, the States of Thuringia and Anhalt, the Prussian Province of Saxony, and the Kreis of Schmalkalden belonging to the Prussian Province of Hesse-Nassau.

Munich

The State of Bavaria with the exception of the Bavarian Palatinate (Pfalz).

Stuttgart

and east of a line connecting Newburgh on the Tay, Collessie, Cupar, Ceres, and Lower Largo on the Firth of Forth via the main road, these and all other towns on the main road being included in the Dundee consular district.

Edinburgh, Scotland

The counties of Edinburgh, Linlithgow, Haddington, Peebles, Selkirk, Dumfries, Roxburgh, Berwick, Kinross and Clackmannan, and that portion of county Fife to the south and west of a line connecting Newburgh on the Tay, Collessie, Cupar, Ceres, and Lower Largo on the Firth of Forth, via the main road, these and all other towns on the main road being excluded.

Glasgow, Scotland

The counties of Lanark, Renfrew, Dumbarton, Stirling, Argyll, Bute, Ayr, Kirkcudbright, and Wigtown, and that portion of the county of Inverness south of a line from Rannoch following the railroad via Tulloch and Spean Bridge to Gairlochy Inn (all included) on the Caledonian Canal, thence northeast to the outlet of Loch Arkaig into Loch Lochy, thence westward by the river Dessary and Loch Nevis to the sea.
