AN ACT appropriating the sum of two thousand five hundred and fifteen and 50-100 dollars with which to furnish equipment to purchase machinery and install same in the new industrial building at Alcorn Agricultural and Mechanical College and providing for the method of its expenditure. To provide machinery for industrial building at Alcorn A. & M. college. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of two thousand five hundred and fifteen and 50-100 dollars said sum to be used to furnish equipment, to purchase machinery and install same in the new industrial building at Alcorn Agricultural and Mechanical College. Said sum shall be drawn out upon warrants issued by the secretary of the trustees of said institution, to be approved by the governor the same as the appropriation for other educational institutions is handled, and when presented to the auditor of public accounts he shall issue his warrant on the state treasurer therefor.
