Cayey municipal plant; Toro Negro Construction, and other companies; Puerto Rican Light & Power; Isabella Irrigation Service; Central Bota-Chica; Arecibo municipal plant; Mayaguez Light, Power & Ice Co.; Garzas and Dos Bocas project. Mr. LUCCHETTI. Those are our new projects. Mr. CRAWFORD. Are those customers of yours, or have they been? Mr. LUCCHETTI. They are customers in the sense that we charge that to construction of those projects, but it doesn't mean actual income. Mr. CRAWFORD. Do you bill the services of the Natural Water Resources to those customers? Mr. LUCCHETTI. We do. Mr. CRAWFORD.
