Mr. CRAWFORD. And I wish to submit for the record a schedule showing the power sales, which includes all sales of power under published and public rates, but excludes interchange power and special power contracts, and company power use for the years 1930 to 1939, showing the number of customers, kilowatt-hours sold, revenue per kilowatt, total revenue and average kilowatt-hours per customer. The CHAIRMAN. Is there any objection?

Mr. HAWKS. What system is that?

Mr. CRAWFORD. The Puerto Rican Railway Light & Power and the Utilization of Water Resources.

The CHAIRMAN. Is there any objection? I hear none; so ordered.

(The schedule referred to is as follows:)

Mr. LUCCHETTI. Where does all that stuff come from? Is that an official publication?

Mr. CRAWFORD. The reason I am putting it in the record now is to give you an opportunity to refute it lock, stock, and barrel if it won't stand on its own feet.

Mr. LUCCHETTI. I will have to examine that.

Mr. CRAWFORD. Mr. Chairman, I would like to ask a question. Do the witnesses object to our putting matter in the record, or do the members of the committee handle that?

The CHAIRMAN. The members of the committee only.

Mr. CRAWFORD. I ask unanimous consent that it be put in the record so that Mr. Lucchetti and the witnesses can answer any way they see fit.

The CHAIRMAN. There is no objection, and it has been so ordered. Mr. CRAWFORD. Let me ask this question of Mr. Lucchetti: I am going to call off the names here of several large customers which I believe you are selling service to, and if you don't mind, you tell me at the close of the list whether or not these are customers of yours: Russell Co.; Ponce Electric Co.; South Puerto Rico Sugar Co.

Mr. LUCCHETTI. Ponce Electric Co. used to be one of our customers. The CHAIRMAN. They are not customers?

Mr. LUCCHETTI. Not now.

Mr. CRAWFORD. Central Aguirre Sugar Co?
Mr. LUCCHETTI. Yes.

Mr. CRAWFORD. Cayey municipal plant; Toro Negro Construction, and other companies; Puerto Rican Light & Power; Isabella Irrigation Service; Central Bota-Chica; Arecibo municipal plant; Mayaguez Light, Power & Ice Co.; Garzas and Dos Bocas project.

Mr. LUCCHETTI. Those are our new projects.

Mr. CRAWFORD. Are those customers of yours, or have they been? Mr. LUCCHETTI. They are customers in the sense that we charge that to construction of those projects, but it doesn't mean actual income.

Mr. CRAWFORD. Do you bill the services of the Natural Water Resources to those customers?

Mr. LUCCHETTI. We do.

Mr. CRAWFORD. I ask unanimous consent to insert in the record a schedule showing consumption and billing of Utilization of Water Resources special contract and interconnection services on these particular customers from 1930 to 1939, inclusive.

The CHAIRMAN. Is there any objection? The Chair hears none; it is so ordered.

(The schedule referred to is as follows:)
