1. We are transmitting herewith a Table of State Director Advices which lists all State Director Advices now current and effective. All other State Director Advices heretofore issued which are not contained in the attached Table are hereby rescinded and should be removed from your book of State Director Advices.

2. The following State Director Advices have been rescinded for the reasons set forth below:
