My 401(K) plan is part of the Van Ness,
Feldman and Curtis Pension Trust. Plan
beneficiaries may direct that the individual
beneficiaries' interest be proportioned among
three (3) independently managed mutual funds.
I am 70% vested in Balanced Fund II managed
by Capitoline, a subsidiary of Crestar
Financial Corporation, a Washington, D.C.
bank. Thirty percent (30%) is invested in
Value Fund also managed by Capitoline.
Holdings of the two funds are appended as
Attachments A- and A-2
Investments shown in Attachment. Plan is a
defined contribution plan. The trustees of
the plan are three members of the law firm.
The investment advisors are Loomis, Sayles &
Co., Inc. Trustees (who are members of the
firm) may select investments. If confirmed I
intended to transfer my vested interest to a
qualified plan independently managed.
