I felt compelled to write a review after reading and being disturbed by a middling review below. This book is absolutely a must read for any litigator. It is an easy read for sure but full of wise insights and practical "Effective Deposition" techniques (how to best prepare your client/witness, set up the forgetful or antagonistic deponent, handle the obstreperous opposing counsel, etc.) If you haven't read this, stop helping opposing counsel, step up your skills, and read it right away.
