No. 512 1 in such vehicle or equipment. The Secretary shall disclose 2 so much of the information contained in such notice or other 3 information obtained under subsection (a) to the public as 4 he deems will assist in carrying out the purposes of this Act, 5 but he shall not disclose any information which contains or 6 relates to a trade secret or other matter referred to in section 7 1905 of title 18 of the United States Code unless he deter8 mines that it is necessary to carry out the purposes of this 9 Act. |
