Redesignation Table

At 42 FR 59212, November 15, 1977, regulations formerly appearing in 45 CFR Chapter IX, Administration on Aging were transferred to 45 CFR Chapter XIII, Office of Human Development.

The regulations added to Chapter XIII are redesignated as regulations in Subchapter C-Administration on Aging, Older Americans Programs of Chapter XIII.

For the convenience of the user the following table shows the relationship of the former Part numbers contained in Chapter IX to their new Part numbers reflected in Chapter XIII.
