AN ACT To provide for the payment of the incidental expenses incurred during the fifteenth session of the legislature. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska : SECTION 1. That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appro priated from the general fund of the state treasury out of any money not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the incidental expenses of both houses of the legislature, including printing, stationery, newspapers, postage, fuel, lights, and any other special expense which may be incurred under any resolution of either house duly passed and entered upon the journal thereof. SEC. 2. All accounts for any expense provided for in section one of this act shall be examined by the standing committee on finance, ways, and means of the house to which such expense is properly chargeable, and if approved by said committee shall be duly certified to the auditor of public accounts, and upon the examination and adjustment thereof by the said auditor and approval thereof by the secretary of state, the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized and required to draw his warrant for the amount therein specified upon the general fund of the state treasury. SEC. 3.
