Distribution Table

The Department of Energy published the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) at 49 FR 11922, Mar. 28, 1984. The regulations reorganize the Department of Energy Procurement Regulations (DOE-PR) from Title 41, Chapter 9, into Title 48, Chapter 9 (except for those regulations which are now covered by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), in Title 48, Chapter 1). The following table shows the distribution of regulations from Title 41 into the new Title 48.
