APPENDIX F

SUBCOMMITTEES
AND

WORKING GROUPS
OF THE

COMMITTEE ON GOVERNMENT PATENT POLICY* FEDERAL COUNCIL FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY*

*NOTE: On May 11, 1976, the Federal Council for Science and Technology was abolished by Title IV of Public Law 94-282. The Law estabished the Federal Coordinating Council for Science, Engineering, and Technology, and while the name of the Council has been changed, essentially no new functions were added. The Law does place the Council on a statutory basis.

With the establishment of the new Committees of the FCCSET, the Committee on Government Patent Policy was subsumed by the Committee on Intellectual Property and Information. The activities and initiatives of the new Committee and its subcommittees include those of the earlier FCST Committee.
