A brief statement summarizing exhibits A through G, relating to the usefulness of projects.

Exhibits H and I, relating to the agencies which certify as to the need of W. P. A. workers, and the extent to which the total need has been met.

Exhibit J, which relates to hourly and monthly rates of pay on W. P. A. projects and their effect on project operations.

Exhibit L, relating to turn-over in W. P. A. employment and the extent to which W. P. A. workers have taken private jobs, together with a supplemental statement bringing the figures up to date.

Exhibit M, which relates to sponsors' expenditures on projects operated by the W. P. A., together with a supplemental statement concerning the Federal and sponsors' share of the cost.
