Public Law 87-208 (75 Stat. 480). To amend section 216 of the Merchant

Marine Act, 1936, as amended, to authorize the Secretary of Commerce

to accept gifts and bequests of personal property for the United States

Merchant Marine Academy. This public law added a new subsection

(g) to section 216. This subsection was repealed by Public Law 88-611..
