On January 18, 1980 the court entered judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $8,716.71 with appropriate deductions for withholding tax as required by law.

INDIAN CASES-ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES

Following transfer of cases pending before the Indian Claims Commission to the Court of Claims pursuant to Pub. Law No. 95-69, 91 Stat. 273, the following judgment orders were entered:

On December 14, 1979 the court denied the petition of plaintiff's attorney, Rodney J. Edwards, for additional expenses in the amount of $4,285.47.

COLORADO RIVER INDIAN TRIBES, ET AL. v. THE UNITED

STATES

On February 1, 1980 the court awarded attorneys' fees to I.S. Weissbrodt, on his behalf and on behalf of all contract attorneys having an interest in the fee, in the amount of $85,000, which represents 10% of the final judgment entered by this court.

On February 29, 1980 the court allowed I.S. Weissbrodt $1,540.13 as reimbursement for expenses incurred in this

case.
