The last prior amendment, No. 31, August 1, 1973, was a reprint of the entire regulations incorporating all earlier amendments. Thus, this 32d amendment becomes the first insert to the regulations and publishes all amendments and additions from August 1, 1973 up to and including December 24, 1974. As part of this amendment there is included the Cost Accounting Standards as promulgated by the Cost Accounting Standards Board. The Renegotiation Board has been determined a relevant Federal agency by the CASB, therefore, for the convenience of readers the standards are herewith reproduced. The enclosed pages are to be inserted in the regulations in accordance. with the filing instructions set forth below.
