XII. That no printed book or manuscript, print, map, or drawing, be taken out of the Library, except those works selected for circulation.

XIII. That all printed books or manuscripts, prints, maps, and drawings, which may be presented or bequeathed to the Library, be entered, with the names of the donors, in a parchment or vellum book, kept for that purpose.

XIV. That no Librarian or Attendant on the Library receive any fee, perquisite, or gratuity, on account of the execution of his office.
