SECTION VII CONTRACT CLAUSES AND SOLICITATION PROVISIONS 7-000 Scope of Section. This Section sets forth uniform contract clauses for use in connection with the procurement of supplies and services. 7-001 Incorporation of Contract Clauses by Reference. Contract clauses prescribed by this Section may be incorporated by reference to the ASPR paragraph number, clause title and date of clause, provided: (i) the clause does not contain blanks to be filled, (ii) the clause is not modified (however, see 1-103), and (iii) the instructions for use of the clause do not prohibit incorporating the clause by reference. The Chief of the Purchasing Office or his designee may further restrict incorporation by reference for certain types of contracts. Clauses promulgated in Defense Procurement Circulars shall not be incorporated by reference. |
