Part I.

SUPPLIES AND SERVICES

Upon receipt of written instruction in tho form of Delivery Orders pursuant to Parts IV and V of the Sohedule, the Contraotor shall furnish plant, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to accompidon the following servicesi

Item 1. Inspect and repair, as necessary all mechanical equipment received at the contract facility in accordance with Agency for International Development Work Specifioation, Appendix A, dated 1 Juno 1964.

Item 3. Restoration of non-mechanical Items of equipment in accordance with instructions issued by the Contracting Officer.

Item 3. On Site maintenance. It is the intention of the Government to rehabilitate and repair equipment at the Contractor's faoility. However, in the event the Contraoting Officer determines it is in the best interest of the Government, the Contractor shall send a maintenance team to any site designated by the Contraoting Officer to etteot required repair and rehabilitation.

Item 4. Recoivo, store and prepare for shipment, non-mechanical itses not requiring repair, in accordanoe with Agenoy for International Development ork Specifioation Appendix A, dated 1 June 1964.

Item 5. Provide enolosed outside storage area of 100,000 square feet. This area must be on level ground, guitably drained having a surface which will permit vehioular traffio of large construotion type of equipment.

Item 6. Provide secured warehouse storage area of 20,000 square feet, This warehouse space must be dry and have a floor capacity and ceiling height to accommodate up to a 6,000 pound forklift truck.

Item 1. The Contractor shall requisition Government Furnished Property in accordance with Agenoy for International Development Appendix "B" dated 8 June 1964 and Amendment Nr 1 dated 19 Ootober 1964.

Item 8. The Contraotor shall furnish the supplies identified as Government Furnished Property as identified in Appendix "B" referenced above to the extent the United States Government is unable to furnish same, provided the need for the Contraotor to manufacture such supplies 1s verified by the Contraoting Oflicer.

Item 9. The Contractor shall furnish parts and materials specified 28 Con traotor Turnished Property in accordance with Appendix "B" referred to above.

Item 10. The Contractor shall furnish preparation for, inoluding associated services and transportation of supplies and equipment in accordano. with written 18tructions from the Agenoy for International Development and/or the Contracting uffioer

Part II.

CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT

A. In consideration of the Supplies and Services furnished under the correspondingly number od items in Part I hereof, the United States Government shall make payment to the Contraotor at the rates specified hereins

Item 3.a. $2.85 per direot labor hour performed in plant to support onsite maintenanoo.

b. The hourly rate for on-site maintenance work performed on-site will be governed by the type work to be performed and the rate agreed upon prior to dispatobing the on-sito maintonance team.

d. The Contractor shall be paid up to the per diem rates specified above for each employee in travel status. Travel status consists of the time required to travel from the Contractor's plant to the on-site looation, the time on-site and the time required to return to the said plant. In computing per diem for oontinuous travel, the calendar day (midnight to midnight) will be the units for fraotional parts of a day, one-forth of the rate for a calendar day will be allowed for each period of 6 hours or Praotion thereof. However, no per diem will be allowed when departure is after 0800 hours and return on the same day is bolore 1800 hours. No per diem will be paid for periods oharged to vacation or sick leave.

The Contractor agrees, in the performance of necessary air travel allooable under this item, to use Air Coach, Tourist Class, or similar accommodations to the extent consistent with the suocessful and economical accomplishment of the work for which the travel 18 being made. Contraotor is to be reimbursed the actual cost of transportation.

Item 4. $2.46 per direct labor hour.
Iton 5e $0.02 per square foot ubod per month. (in excess of 33,000 og et)

á. The Contractor agrees to provide 33,000 square feet of enolosed outside storage at a location othor than in the immodiato vioinity of the Port of Antwerp at no oharge to the Government. This 33,000 sq ft is included within the total requirement of 100,000 square feet.
