This book is so important because it gives an account of how to measure the language accuracy of a written text. Thus, for those who want to do second language writing research, this book is such a foundational book that must be in their library. Unfortunately, this book has not been provided in its digital version yet. Seeing that, despite having been published quite long, the book is still quoted today, it is worth publishing online.
